If you are still to Buy your Bloodstock Metal Festival tickets online through the Bloodstock Store, you can right up until the day itself and over the weekend , any tickets purchased on or after Tuesday 3rd August online will Not Be Posted out to your home address, they will need to be collected on the Bloodstock festival gate !!!!

Collecting Pre-Paid Tickets on the Gate :

We will require either proof of Ticket purchase from the Bloodstock store by a printed out e-mail receipt or some form of Identification , which will be either a drivers license, passport or a utility bill with your name and address on .

As the last day for sending tickets to your postal address is the 2nd August, everyone should have their Bloodstock festival tickets by the 10th August at the very latest and therefore if you have not received your festival tickets by this date then please contact the Bloodstock webmaster at webmaster@bloodstock.uk.com .

We will be sending all the tickets purchased on or after 3rd August to the festival by special courier every morning to ensure tickets are ready at the gate for collection and therefore the standard postal Fee of £3.00 will still apply to tickets purchased online to cover courier costs .

There will also be physical tickets available on the high street at selected HMV record stores and other Bloodstock ticket outlets that can be found on our website in the ticket outlet link .

Please Note : Car parking Passes will rise from £10.00 to £15.00 on the gate and weekend tickets will rise from £99.95.00 to £110.00 , all Day tickets will increase from £50.00 to £55.00 .

Credit To Dementia initially formed in 2008 in Cornwall. Influenced by many different forms of metal and other musical styles. After numerous line up changes the band has been ripping it up all over Cornwall with the aim of taking their unique blend of metal to a wider stage. The current line up has been performing since early 2010 and are now ready to achieve their aim and play to the metal masses!

Shrapnel formed in 2009 and in less than eighteen months have achieved more than most do in years. With appearances at the Scala in London, Full Thrash Assault Festival 2010, a support slot with Sepultura and now Bloodstock open Air 2010, the bands hard work and determination is more than apparent.



With a ‘no nonsense’ approach to Thrash, Shrapnel deliver on both CD and in a live setting. From screaming guitar solos to the crushing drum fills Shrapnel are reminiscent of the Glory Days of Thrash Metal but not so much they try to re-create them. If you like old school Thrash your not going to want to miss Shrapnel

AGHAST

AGHAST are a four piece Extreme Metal Band from London, their music has most often been described as "Extreme Metal".

They take inspiration from from the Trash - Infused sounds of the Scandinavian Scene and the Groove - Orientated Metal of the USA in the early 1990's.

Their style incorporates the unbridled aggression and pummeling blast-beats of early death metal with a nod to the more recent crop of "Metalcore" and "Deathcore" acts.



The AGHAST! sound is forward-thinking, uncompromising and instantly recognisable.

At the end of 2009 we reviewed the variables that made the online worldwide Bloodstock unsigned competition fair to all users and decided to remove page views and Downloads per video, which would mean a band is now judged on one variable, which is closed votes that are registered on the Bloodstock website .

This year`s Bloodstock Unsigned competition saw more than 300 unsigned metal bands from around the world, battle it out in Categories A, B and C , for a places on the unsigned stage and Sophie Lancaster stage.

The videos were watched by the Bloodstock fans, votes were cast and now our esteemed webmaster has checked the logs and the results for this year`s competition now are in.

We would like to thank each and every one for taking part and also to thank everyone who watched and voted and ultimately helped to chose the three fan favourites who will go on to play the festival, so without further ado:
