How much will my order cost me in my own currency?

Unfortunately it is impossible for us to give you an accurate figure.  This is not only because the exchange rates between currencies change every minute, but also because every bank and credit card company will add their own different charge for currency conversions.  We will charge your credit card in British Pounds Sterling and your credit card company will then convert that amount to your local currency.    To find out approximately what you will be charged, ask your credit card company how much they will charge for converting credit British Pounds Sterling to your local currency.  You can also have a look at many Currency Converter tools on the web.  These will give you an idea of roughly how much you will be charged, but they will NOT give you a 100% accurate figure.

TICKET BOOKING FEE:

We charge a standard £5.00 booking fee for administration purposes on all tickets purchased through the Bloodstock Shop.

RECORDED DELIVERY POSTAGE (P&P) FOR TICKETS

UK and Abroad: £3.00

How is my order sent and how long does it take?

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email to say that it has been 'delivered'.  You will receive your tickets ordered via the shopping cart no later than 2 weeks prior to the festival by Royal Mail.  All UK items are sent by Recorded Delivery First Class mail.  All overseas orders are sent by Standard First Class airmail.  There is no tracking information available on airmail items.  Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your local postal service; they will deliver to you in keeping with their standard working practices.  Our offices are open Monday - Friday 10:00 - 17:00 GMT so if the 'Order Confirmation' email reaches you after midday on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be picked up on the following Monday at the latest for processing.  You will only receive the order 'Delivered' email once your purchased item/s are ready for dispatch.

Once your order has entered the postal system, this is how long it should take:

  • UK: 1-4 working days
  • Europe: 4-7 working days
  • USA/Canada: 7-14 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7-20 working days (depending on location) 

Please note that the efficiency differs from postal service to postal service.  Sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.  International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there is not a lot we can do to speed things up.  We consider an item 'lost' if it has not been delivered 28 days after the posting date.  The reason we must wait for 28 days is because this is the length of time that the UK Royal Mail wait before they accept a package is 'lost' and so we must also wait before we can claim compensation from them.

We regret we cannot refund tickets unless the event is cancelled.
