Watain -the swedish Black Metal militia who celebrate their 13 year anniversary this year- is a band you either hate or love, and just like any of the temptations of the darkside they have their vices by which they seduce. Be it the passionate conviction of their performances, the exquisite artwork, or the richness of the music itself, but there's indeed something special with Watain that have made the world aware and in awe of their existance. How else could a band that is infamous for being one of the most sinister and controversial of our time, be awarded with grammys, magazine covers and gold records?
