Our Ranch House 5oz beef burgers are sourced from a reputable supplier and are made from 100% beef loaded with freshly prepared Lettuce, Beef Tomatoes, Onions and a choice of Stilton or Cheddar Cheese add more toppings for the bigger appetite such as, Mushrooms, British Back Bacon & Onion Rings all served in a yummy brioche bun with a choice of sauces. We use local quality produce and all our ingredients are freshly prepared on-site and extra tasty! We are passionate makers of delicious hand-made pies using locally sourced ingredients, served with generous portions of hand-made creamy mash or lush chunky chips, proper gravy and mushy peas. 'Patch Amnesty is a charity fundraising project set up in April 2019 by Michael Lacy Having had left over patches from my own project, I decided to ask around to see if other people had spare patches and if they would be willing to donate them for me to then sell them at music festivals/events to raise money and awareness for Mental Health charities. Less than 12 months on I have had patches donated from all over the world and have raised over £6000 for charity I openly suffer with my mental health and I believe raising awareness is as equally as important as raising funds and I hope that Patch Amnesty can become, at the very least, a presence at music festivals / events that let's people know they are not alone and its ok to not be OK. We are two sisters who have been working in the festival industry for several years, we branched out on our own three years ago, having inherited a small modest catering business consisting of two catering trailers. Throughout the festival, the Samaritans festival branch and its dedicated team of approachable, fully trained volunteers will be on hand to offer emotional support to all those in attendance, including festival employees. The charity offers a non-judgemental, fully confidential, face-to-face listening service for all visitors to Bloodstock Open Air, no matter how serious or how trivial the matter may seem. We now have 3 smoker units which are always fully booked out for the summer season. Each unit is designed and built by ourselves. We always use British meat, locally sourced, with full traceability and each unit smokes a ton of meat in one cook once we are sited at an event. Our sauces and rubs are homemade from handed down family recipes. Our latest batch has been made with Ouseburn Brown Ale, which complements our meats beautifully.
