As some of you may be aware, there were problems with some ticket deliveries in 2021, related to the ongoing pandemic. We've therefore made the decision to move to an E-ticketing system in 2022 and beyond. If you purchased a 2022 Early Bird ticket at the festival gate last year, then these physical tickets will still be valid for this year`s event, but please make sure you keep them safe as we cannot replace them if they get lost. All those who purchase or have purchased a 2022 Bloodstock ticket online, will move on to the ticket 'Print At Home' system. The tickets are now classed as an e-ticket and need to be presented at the gate to gain entry to the festival.
How do e-tickets work? Unlike the traditional paper ticket, an e-ticket can be printed at home (in colour or black & white) or you can simply present your unique ticket barcode on your mobile phone at the festival gate. Each e-ticket is scanned and validity is checked via the unique barcode. In the event you lost your e-mail with the pdf e-ticket attachment, then no problem - you can simply log in to your SEETickets account and download a replacement. Each ticket has one barcode attached to it for scanning, the tickets can be downloaded as many times as you want, but the barcode can only be scanned once on the gate.
We will be switching over to the new system on Thursday 20th January 2022, so those of you who've paid in full will receive your tickets by email shortly thereafter. There will be a partial refund of £5.00 to accommodate postage fees, SEE Tickets will retain the other £1.50. This will be refunded into your bank account within 3-5 working days of the e-ticket arriving in your mailbox.
Those who've applied for a Carer ticket, these will only be sent out once the Disabled Facilities application closes, but rest assured all e-tickets will arrive in good time ahead of the festival.
