Bloodstock celebrated it’s 10th anniversary in style this year by offering a festival first to our loyal fans, we gave all of you who attended this years event, the opportunity of driving away a fantastic prize…..a brand new Toyota Aygo sponsored by Truckman, Spinefarm Records UK and Suck the Movie. After our draw on the Sunday night no-one came forward to accept the prize and we were forced to re-draw 10 days later, John Bain (Pictured) took delivery this last weekend of his prize which also included a Rosetti supplied BC Rich Warbeast guitar and 2 VIP weekend tickets for Bloodstock 2011. John says; “I've been going to the Bloodstock festival on and off since 2003 and it's great to see how much it's grown. It's really the bedrock of the UK metal scene right now and has kept the faith while other festivals have gotten progressively more commercial. I didn't need an incentive or reward for attending Bloodstock, it's a privilege to see so many great bands in one place in the UK, so winning the car was a complete shock, utterly unexpected and I still don't quite believe it, even when I see it sitting in my drive. One thing's for sure, I'll never miss another Bloodstock again, see you nutters in 2011……..
2nd prize which was a Rosetti supplied white BC Rich guitar, 2 VIP weekend tickets to Bloodstock 2011 and a goody bag went to Hazel McEwan from Paisley and 3rd prize of 2 VIP Weekend tickets to Bloodstock 2011 and a Bloodstock Goody bag went to Joe Macriner from Bridgewater.
