In early 2010, Ben Sizer (guitars), Allan Sharp (drums), Dee Christopher (vocals), Al Venn (bass), and Dan Snowdon (guitars) gathered together to write dark and melodic metal. Drawing from a range of influences, Nottingham’s Twilight's Embrace blend slow and majestic doom-laden riffs with twin guitar harmonies that switch between the delicate and the destructive, overlaid with deathly roars and gothic baritone choruses.
Their gigs so far, including appearances at Nottingham Rock City and at the Terrorizer Grindhouse event in Leicester, have garnered praise from critics and won many new fans with their dynamic and charismatic performances.
Tracks from their debut EP 'Reflections', described as 'technically excellent' by PowerPlay magazine and 'thoroughly recommended' by Rock Sound, have been featured on internet radio across the UK. Clocking in at over twenty minutes with three tracks, 'Reflections' offers a taste of things to come, and has drawn favourable comparisons with Opeth, Insomnium, Paradise Lost, and similar artists."
