This year’s Metal 2 The Masses search for the best unsigned acts has been a huge success with well over 500 bands entering all hoping for the chance to perform not only on Bloodstock’s New Blood Stage this year but with our good friends at Wacken and Metalcamp in 2012. From the moment THE DEFILED struck their first note, opening the RONNIE JAMES DIO stage on the Friday, it was clear the assembled army of headbangers were in for a hell of a weekend.
