Band Line Up 2023

Founded by Gary Vescio with the intent of creating a monument to the heavy metal forefathers, Uridium took to the stage for the first time in 2017 and rapidly began to amass a following of like-minded fans. With influences ranging from Maiden, Metallica, Sabbath, Motorehead and Priest, the band appeals to Rock and Metal fans who live for the old-school. 

Honing their skills and building upon that fanbase the band have spent the last few years becoming masters of their craft and now, in 2023 unleash their new EP ‘In For The Kill’, A homage to the golden years of Heavy metal, a love letter to the traditions of the founders and an education for those not yet versed. Uridium are set to dominate Bloodstock after a successful win at Metal 2 The Masses East Anglia. This is the start of bigger things for Uridium and you do not want to miss them on Friday August 11th on the new Blood Stage.

As a band, to play Bloodstock is something you talk and dream about. We attend the festival every year to see our idols and influences, and imagine what it would be like to be on that line up. To win M2TM, and actually get to do that is beyond words. We are absolutely ecstatic, and thankful that we can be a part of it.  It’s so surreal talking to people and saying “we’re playing Bloodstock”, and I don’t think it will truly sink in until we get there.
