Band Line Up 2015

Formed in 2008 Obey are a three piece metal band from Stoke on Trent, England. Influenced by bands such as Sabbath, Pantera, Lamb of God, Clutch and Mastodon Obey have a lot to offer. They went on to prove this in 2011 by winning the Surface festival at the Millenium Dome in London competing against 14'000 bands. In 2012 they played the Sziget festival in Budapest and won Marshall best guitarist at Marshall Headquarters in Milton Keynes. In 2013 they played the opening and closing ceremonies for Movember UK (Worldwide Charity Organisation) at the Roundhouse and the Koko in London and now in 2015 Obey will be playing at Bloodstock 2015! After winning the final Metal 2 the Masses show at the Box in Crewe. Obey have two albums out: New Day Rising and Doom Laden. They are currently working on new material for their third album.

To win Metal 2 the Masses is a dream come true for us! We've really enjoyed the whole experience, getting to know all the other bands, its been a right laugh, and well worth all the hard work. And now we are right where we want to be, playing at the Metal Mecca: Bloodstock 2015!
