Band Line Up 2015

Founded in the year 2011 as a college project, RED RUM emerged from the depths of Nottingham and blasted onto the UK live circuit, soon becoming highly renowned for their unique blend of catchy sea shanties, neoclassical compositions, and all-around alcoholic fun.

Their debut EP "With Gods By Our Side" through ARC RECORDS received multiple five-star reviews, national radio airplay, and features on various compilation albums of 2013, bringing the band support slots with international folk metal artists such as MAEL MORDHA, FJOERGYN, and more. Rave reviews from appearances at such events as Warhorns Festival and Valkyrian Festival cemented RED RUM in the minds of everyone who saw them.

In October 2014, RED RUM quested across the entire British Isles with pirate metal legends ALESTORM as part of PIRATEFEST, sailing from the mighty wastelands of Aberdeen, Scotland, to the epic steel hills of Sheffield, England, to the lush shores of Cork, Ireland, and everywhere in between.
