Band Line Up 2018

Untamed are a classic metal band from Peterborough who like it fast, heavy and loud. 

Our musical style has evolved over the years and includes classic NWOBHM, thrash, 80s metal, progressive metal and even some extreme metal influences. 

Since the early 2000s, Untamed has been delivering hard hitting metal music to fans across the country with 3 studio albums (Nature’s Messiah, Insanity Bound and our latest album; Chaos from the Fall) and live shows throughout the UK. Our next step is to promote our latest album as much as possible and solidify our place on the UK metal circuit. 

 We are (in our current form) lead singer Jon Sampson, twin lead guitarists Darren Macer and James Scott-Wilson, with Scott Cousins filling in on drum duty.

 Playing a festival like this, with so many great bands is truly an amazing feeling. Getting to play our music for all of you is even better.

Twin guitar harmonies, duelling guitar solos, fast drumming, crushing riffs and solid vocal delivery. If that’s your thing, come check us out on the Jagermeister stage and come find us for a drink after.

The chance to play BOA 2018 is a real honour. It’s the UK’s number one metal festival, and with so many incredible bands on the bill it is sure to be an unforgettable weekend. 2017 was a big year for Untamed with the released of the new album, so we are very much looking forward to unleashing ‘The Chaos’ on Bloodstock this year and delivering a devastating set to the masses!
