Band Line Up 2019

2013 first saw Resin making a name for themselves with a debut album release "Embrace the Fall" and an acoustic appearance at Bloodstock Festival, followed in 2014 by returning to play the Newblood stage , the close of 2014 saw some members leave others join and a new sound emerge for 2015

Since releasing their award-winning EP ‘Persecution Complex’ in 2015, Leicestershire’s Resin’s unique mixture of Grunge and hard-hitting heavy Rock has continued to gain attention from all corners of the UK and beyond! Playing Bloodstock Festival, Uprising Festival, SOS Festival, Dementia Aware Festival, Amplified Festival, Rock And Blues and Winter Storm in Scotland plus numerous other shows, Resin have surprised fans over and over with their everchanging persona.  

Now with the addition of violinist Emma Bennett, who you might recognize from the band Cadence Noir, Resin’s sound has stepped beyond the boundaries once more with this exciting new twist.   

Resin’s second album ‘The Cycle Of Need’ was released on Friday 13th July 2018. 

 5* PLANET MOSH Resin have come a long way in the last few years and the result is "The cycle of need" which really is a superb album. 

4* METAL TEMPLE  "Burn" is more aggressive and tense in the first minute using screams and powerful riffs. Then all calms down, and we get invited to some TOOL-ish influenced moments that warps us completely somewhere else, and that’s pretty good! They…. nailed….it .
