Having smashed the absolute granny out of Bloodstock 2013, UK metal n’ roll heavyweights XII Boar return with one goal in mind; to get every single booty in Catton Hall shaking to their boombastic sounds.

Hailing from the depths of Aldershot, Hampshire; XII Boar blast their way into your skull with ear-splitting leads, sonic riffs, dirty bass lines and an irresistible groove. Combining Motorhead’s swagger, Black Sabbath’s downtrodden doom and the ferocity of High On Fire – this power trio lay down a colossal slab of rock n' roll-infused, southern-fried metal that fuels even the greatest of parties.

Having achieved huge critical acclaim with last year’s debut album ‘Pitworthy’ the band are quickly on their way to follow it up having recently recorded their second album at Skyhammer Studio with renowned producer Chris Fielding (Conan, Electric Wizard, Hooded Menace). 

Known for having a wildly entertaining and adrenaline driven live show, XII Boar have brushed shoulders with the likes of Crowbar, Corrosion of Conformity, Brant Bjork and Blues Pills across the UK and Europe and earned themselves a reputation for being a serious forced to be reckoned with.
