Band Line Up 2016

Sanguine originate from Exeter, having met at University there. Their debut EP release, “No Cure” garnered praise from Joey Jordison and Sikth’s Mikey Goodman. The band’s eponymous debut album was the subject of much critical acclaim leading to appearances at Bloodstock, Download and support slots with Megadeth and others. Sanguine’s Tarin Kerry’s impressive vocals also caught the attention of Iron Maiden’s Adrian Smith who asked her to guest on his Primal Rebellion album. The band’s recent follow up album, “Black Sheep” saw them recording in “In Flames” Gothenburg studio with Jesper Stromblad and Daniel Flores, the former contributing to the writing of 2 tracks from the album. The album’s release across Europe through Odyssey Music Network was met with rave reviews leading to Sanguine appearing as main support on the recent Mushroomhead national tour and support slots with Fear Factory later in this coming summer.

Of the chance to play Bloodstock in 2016, guitarist Nick Magee said: “We’re planning a brutal set for this one....see you in the pit”!!
