Band Line Up 2013

2011 saw Betraeus securing an
impressive slot at the legendary Download Festival, playing on the Pepsi Max
stage alongside the likes of Danzig, Evile & many more. Soon after, the
Manchester based four piece released their debut E.P, “Towards The Sun” via Siege
of Amida Records, this was followed by tours across the UK and Europe and a
release of their debut Music video for the EP's title track, which landed at
number 3 on the Scuzz TV charts. On the back of much other widespread media
success, Betraeus were then to be the first EVER Death metal band to be
reviewed and featured in 'The Guardian'.

In 2012 Betraeus continued to
tour and performed with acts such as Decapitated, Xerath, Scar Symmetry and
many more ending their run on the road in Germany at Euroblast.

Since late 2012 Betraeus have
turned their attention to writing material for their debut album. The stage is
set for Betraeus to make an all guns blazing return onto the metal scene.
Offering an exclusive set to Bloodstock this year, Betraeus will be performing
all new material on the Sophie Lancaster Stage, never heard before anywhere
else!
