Band Line Up 2013

"We are all regular attendees of Bloodstock and we feel truly honoured to be performing this year. To say this is a dream would be cliché, but it isn’t far from the truth. We don’t take for granted how privileged we are to be playing alongside such fantastic major unsigned metal acts. We promise to take this opportunity and deliver the most intense set of our lives."

This is Turin are a technical metal band from Cheshire who fuse elements of extreme metal with a hardcore delivery to create a powerful and complex sound.

This is Turin are credited with delivering an intense and passionate live performance.

The bands received the award of 'Kerrang! MCN Live' on the merit of their live performance and have subsequently gone on to play shows with established and respected bands from various alternative genres ranging from hard rock and hardcore all the way through to black and death metal (The Red Chord, For The Fallen Dreams, Suffokate, TGI, InME, Deaf Havana, Lower Than Atlantis, Red Seas Fire).

The band has a firm focus on writing ‘songs’ without the fear of diversity which resulted in their latest release receiving a 9.5/10 rating from the UK Metal Underground - the highest rating received following a review. The bands are currently preparing for their independent album release “Cercis” in 2013.
