Band Line Up 2013
Formed in late 2011, The Bastard Sons set out to create their own brand of dirty rock and roll. Following a few short months of writing, The Bastard Sons played their first shows in their hometown of York and after only a few months, the band received interest from indie record labels.
Entering the studio to record the hotly anticipated debut EP - ‘Bones’ with Dave Boothroyd (The Fear), the band secured a distribution deal with Lockjaw Records. Shortly after, the 'Bones' EP was released and with more UK shows being booked all the time, The Bastard Sons are quickly making their presence known.
"We have been a fan of Bloodstock for many years so being asked to play is a dream come true. Playing alongside so many amazing bands is an honour and we can't to play for you crazy bastards!!"
