Band Line Up 2017

Following his departure from his previous band Infestation in 2000, guitarist Giuseppe Cutispoto and his brother Mick Cutispoto decided to form Corpsing. The Cutispoto brothers were joined by Joe Collins, Pete Benjamin and Matt George and in 2002 Corpsing began preparing material for their debut album.

In 2003 Corpsing signed to Goat of Mendes Records and later that year started recording their debut album Watching the Thinker" which was engineered by Jason Mendonca(Akercocke). "Watching The Thinker" was released in October 2005. 

In 2006 Corpsing were joined by Nick Plews(drums), David Adambery(soundscapes), The Wizard(vocals/bass) and started recording their second album. In 2007 Corpsing recorded and released their second album "The Stench Of Humanity". The album was well received by the metal community and extensive gigging throughout the UK followed. In early 2008 Corpsing disbanded.

After 10 years in hibernation Corpsing have returned. In May 2017 Corpsing released the "Regnum" Ep. "Regnum" showcases their Death/Black/Thrash metal sonic assault and features guest appearances from members of Akercocke, Aghast, Meta-stasis and Damim. 

We are immensely happy to announce that we will playing the Sophie Lancaster stage at the Bloodstock festival this year. Playing the UK's number one metal festival will be an excellent opportunity to share our music with everyone and to share the stage with many great bands and we can't wait to play this fantastic festival...See you at the front!!!
