Band Line Up 2017
Formed in 2013 (consisting of Harry Smithson, Finn Maxwell, Leslie Preston and Kieran Hogarty), the bands first full length album (self titled) was self released in early 2015, and received praise from critics and fans, with a review from The Circle Pit describing the album as;
“jaunty and full of joie d”Metal”
On the albums musical atmosphere, it was described as having “such a quality [which] really helps drive the songs forward with a celebratory shimmer, which is both enjoyable and to be greatly admired”
The band has continued their forward momentum; playing prolific gigs with artists such as Bury Tomorrow, Unearth, Meta-Stasis, Suffocation and appearing at Brighton’s premier Metal festival Mammothfest in 2015. Embodiment also featured on the covermount CD of Terrorizer Magazine in 2015.

“Embodiment’s music is as heavy as their name suggests.”
“Incredibly technical riffs with influences from the likes of After The Burial, [with] Harry Smithson’s Randy Blythe-like vocals.”
Embodiment’s debut album is available now, and the second album is currently being written, with new songs being performed by the band at current shows.
