From bearing witness to Immortal play to a full moon in 2011, to the last few moments of the Scorpions in 2019, The Ghoules were there, lurking deep in the ground of Catton Hall, waiting, watching. Waiting for the call that will see them rise from their dusty crypts and plant another flag for British Doom in the hallowed soil of Bloodstock Open Air. Bloodstock is already an annual pilgrimage for the band and to get the chance to play there is the highest honour possible.
