Band Line Up 2025

PHON are a 3-piece English Heavy Grunge/Sludge band from Worcester, England. The band formed in 2021, Gaining traction in the UK rock/metal scene with their high energy stage antics and colossal riffs. 

Influenced by bands like STAKE, Queens of the stone age and Loathe. Their unique sound fuses Loud Guitars and Distorted vocals with Melodic Choruses and Chaotic breakdowns that will have you jumping into the pit.
